Trade shows move fast, and things don’t always go to plan. Delivery windows shrink or customs raise a question at the worst possible time. We’ve seen all of it – and built our service around making sure those problems don’t land in your lap. Our job is to keep everything moving so you can focus on the conversations, not the crates.
We start long before your kit reaches a truck. Your materials might be anything from a few boxes of brochures to a multi-vehicle, bespoke stand build – and we treat them all with the same care. We’ll help you choose the right packing, from simple cartons to padded cases, Expo Cages, and protective pallet crates, so your kit can handle the knocks of loading bays, forklifts, and long journeys.
In real terms, that means:
- Packing that fits what you’re sending, not a one-size-fits-all approach
- Extra protection where it matters most – screens, AV, fragile set pieces
- Thinking about how the kit will be handled on site, not just how it sits on a pallet
From there, we manage the journey door to door. Agree timings that work around your team, and make sure your freight is where it needs to be when build-up starts. Whether your stand is in London, Barcelona, or flying in from the US, we’re the ones keeping an eye on the route, the paperwork, and the deadlines.
Behind the scenes, we’re:

One of the biggest differences with us is that we don’t disappear once the truck leaves. At key events, our team or our trusted agents are there on site, boots on the ground, clips boards in hand, making sure the final mile goes to plan. We’re the ones talking to the forklift drivers, chasing the right bay, and helping get your cases to the stand when time is tight.
On the show floor, you’ll find us:
- Supervising offloads so your freight isn’t dropped where it shouldn’t be
- Talking to organisers and freight desks so you don’t have to
- Staying until everything is where it needs to be – no “drop and dash”
When the show closes, we know you’re tired and thinking about the next thing already. This is where a bit of calm, organised logistics makes all the difference. We arrange empty case storage during the event, so your packing materials are ready when you are. At breakdown, we help you get everything safely repacked, labelled, and out of the hall without the usual chaos.
After the show, we can:
- Return everything to base, just as it arrived
- Hold your stand and materials in storage between events
- Forward your kit straight to the next exhibition, so you don’t start from scratch
